Refunds, Returns, Cancellations and Trial period

We stand by both the quality of our products and delivery model. However we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. 

This return policy is only valid for products purchased through this website. If you have purchase the products from a different website you must refer to its return policy.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment.

 

  • Mattress Returns: If you want to return your Mattress within the first 100 days after your receipt, please e-mail us at jim@Quiesta.co.ukto arrange a return pick-up.

 

  • Pillows and Sheets Returns: If you want to return your Pillow or Sheets within the first 100 days after your receipt, please email jim@Quiesta.co.uk . After confirmation, you will receive an e-mail containing the address that you can return the product to. Please place the product that you would like to return in the box and send it. All returns must be delivered to us by the expiration of the 100-night trial period.

 

  • The following conditions also apply to Product returns
    • Products must be in good condition to be eligible for return. We want to donate these products to charity so please ensure that they do not get damaged or dirty before you send them back.
    • Customers may return a maximum of two (2) of each particular Product per order. Please try a Product first—we are happy to send you more of the product at a later date.

Customers are only entitled to one 100 day trial on each product.
